Please note that any amount paid for Premium Subscriptions or VIP Memberships is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Ensure you review the features before purchasing.

Cancellation

Premium VIP is a single payment that covers 30 days. It does not auto-renew and no recurring mandate is created, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing further will be charged. Access simply ends when the 30 days are up, and you may choose to activate it again at any time.

Delivery

Premium VIP is a digital service with no physical delivery. Your Premium features and verification badge are activated on your account immediately once the payment is confirmed, in the app and on this website, because both use the same account.

Payment queries

If you were charged but your Premium did not activate, contact support@faithfulties.com or +91 8425092086 with your payment ID and we will resolve it.
